Η πρώτη του εμφάνιση έγινε από την ιδιοκτήτριά του Ταλίτα μαζί με τον γηραιότερο φίλο του Pokee. Μετά τον θάνατο του γέρου σκαντζόχοιρου, ο Herbee συνέχισε να ποζάρει στον φακό σε διάφορα μέρη του κόσμου.

Call me Herbee the Hippie Hog . Sometimes it feels like Pokee is sitting on my shoulder watching over us and teaching Herbee how to pose for photos. In the beginning it was a bit hard for me to get a good photo of Herbee, because he would get super excited to be outside and run around like crazy. So, I didn’t bother taking a lot of pictures of him in the first few weeks. But after our first trips together to Berlin and Paris I can tell that he already trusts me so much more than in the very beginning. And that makes it a lot easier to get good pictures. Always remember that trust is the key . Fun fact: Although he seems to love meeting new people, he always comes straight to my hand whenever I hold it towards him. It makes everyone else so jealous when he prefers to be with me instead #sorrynotsorry

My handful of sunshine ☀️ . I never thought that another hedgehog could make its way into my heart again, but this one definitely managed Thank you, Herbee, for the joy you bring me every single day!! . It’s a common thing to think that after our pet leaves us, we’re unable to love another one. We tell ourselves that it’s “wrong” to adopt another pet and we punish ourselves. But I wonder why! I mean, no pet would ever want to see or make their human sad! The truth is that pets are here to help us and make us feel so much better and happier. And Herbee helped me through one of the toughest times of my life. I’m so happy that I listened to and never doubted my intuition to take him in. . Ps. I believe this also applies to people we love – not just pets.

I think today is a good day to be little Herbee’s Birthday! . You all know that I adopted Herbee from a lovely girl who couldn’t keep him due to extreme allergic reactions. When I took him in about 6 months ago, he was about six months old, but sadly, nobody knows his exact birthday . However, I believe birthday celebrations are very important, because EVERYONE deserves a special day! So, I was thinking: Today will be Herbee’s special day. So from now on, we will celebrate Herbee’s birthday on September 21st! ❤️ . Happy birthday, my little Sunshine! Thanks for making our days so much brighter!
